Design: Stuart Turner, 5A.

Cast A-frame
BOILERBlackstaffe type 3-drum WT.
Built 1998 by Swindon Copper Boilers.
Fuel: coal, Pressure: 125 psi, Output: 150 lbs/hr.
ss casing. Superheater.
PROP3 blades, 12" x 24".
Shaft: ¾" SS.
HISTORYFirst fitted out as a steamer by Chris Hereward, Cambridge, named PYROSCAPHE III, launched May 1994.
Acquired 1997, hull completely refitted, engine rebuilt and plant refitted, new shaft and drive arrangements. Steamed four times 1998.

Plant is designed for easy removal from hull.
