Built 1975 by Abbott & Co. at Newark.
Fuel: coal, Pressure: 150 psi, Grate: 1 sqft, Heating Area: 19 sqft, Output: 200 lbs/hr.
No.A25655, welded shell .3/8" plate, 18" dia x 50" high, 37 x 1¼" od tubes, 3 cwt bunker, Buffalo injector, 35 gall fw tank, electric blower, Wkettle, bilge ejector.
PROP3 blades, 400 rpm, 15" x 22".
Shaft: 1" SS, 2:1 belt drive.
HISTORY‘Fisherboat’ double ended fishing boat hull, fitted out and plant installed by owner and Jim Calder. First steamed 1976. Steamed most years since. Engine formerly in Leeds & Liverpool Canal launch DART, much rebuilt.
