Clinker wood, epoxy sheathed
White, varnished teak veneer deck, wheel and tiller steering, transom stern.
ENGINETwin, 2" + 2" x 2½".
Design: Bolton.
Gear driven fp, 650 rpm, 3 IHP.
BOILERYarrow type 3-drum WT.
Built 1998.
Fuel: briquettes, Pressure: 100 psi, Grate:7/10 sqft, Heating Area: 18 sqft.
Copper drums with steel end plates, steam drum 8" dia, mud drums 3" dia x 14" long, casing 35" high x 16" long x 14" wide.
PROP3 blades, 11½" x 12".
Shaft: 7/8" SS.
HISTORYOld hull saved from cremation in 1989, restored using all hand tools by owner. Steam plant fitted by owner 1991, new boiler 1999. Named after "old one". (Formerly fitted with Blackstaffe type WTB).
