Built Early 1890s by F.E. Baron & Co. at Hampton Wick Iron Works.
Valve(s): sv, Gear: SLRG, Pumps: Belt-driven Hypro fp and ap, Kcond.
On 6 turned columns, 400 rpm, 5 IHP. Speed 6.1kts at 210 rpm
BOILERVFT.
Built 1999 by Franklin & Bell at Gloucester.
Steel shell 22" dia x 26" high, 100 x 1" od tubes 12" long. Superheater, 6 metres x .5/8" od SS. Hypro fp runs at 120 rpm. At 100 rpm, ap gives 24" vacuum.
PROP4 blades, 18" x 32".
Shaft: 1" SS.
HISTORYNew boat built and fitted out by owner. For completion in 2000. Engine formerly in GRACE 1986-8, BLOSSOM 1965, RALOO and SEA BEAR.
