| HISTORY | Built as electric canoe for Hobbs & Sons, Henley, sunk on Thames at Preston Crowmarsh during 1950’s, restored and plant fitted by John Emmett 1981. First steamed 31 May 1982 at SBA Thames cruise. Then to Clive Gulliver 1984. Acquired 1995 by Ian Cross. Completely rebuilt and new steam plant fitted. Used on River Trent and Trent & Mersey Canal. Fate: Discontinued 2007. Renamed STEAMPIPER |
