Built 1988 by A-1 Welding (Russ Hibler) at Anacortes, Wa..
Fuel: wood or oil, Pressure: 125 psi, Grate: 2.4 sqft, Heating Area: 44 sqft, Output: 150 lbs/hr.
Steam drum 12" dia x 30" long, mud drums 3" dia x 26" long, casing 22" x 33" x 45" high, steam atomising.
PROP3 blades, Kort nozzle, 22" x 30".
Shaft: 1½" SS.
HISTORYFormer Coast and Geodetic Survey Vessel lifeboat, prop shaft added and converted to steam by Russ Hibbler, named LETHA. First steamed 1976. Acquired 1994, fresh engine fitted, renamed. Approx miles steamed; 1997 - 55; 1998 - 30; 1999 - 48. Engine formerly in James Warjone’s TINKERS DREAM.
