The registration disk is free to SBA members for non-commercial use of boats. The disks will be valid for one year from the date of issue and can only be issued for boats meeting SBA requirements for insurance and boiler inspection.

NB. The standard SBA boat insurance scheme arranged by Stuart Alexander Ltd currently provides combined boiler and boat insurance cover for up to £3,000,000 third party claims.

To apply for a registration disk please complete the application form and return it to the scheme administrator: Steve Milns.

All information will be treated as confidential and will not be passed on to third parties without first obtaining your permission to do so.

You will also need to include photocopies of the following:

• Your current boiler inspection certificate (conforming to SBA rules)
• Your current boat insurance certificate.
• Your current boiler insurance certificate (if not included with boat insurance).
• A STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE (without this the disk cannot be forwarded to you).

This is currently a registration scheme only, you will still need to carry the necessary documentation with you to every event.
