Rebuilt in Albion Dockyard, Bristol. Completed in 2013 Currently fitting out at Gillingham Pier, Kent

Boiler

RT Scotch Built 1938 by Wallsend Slipway & Engineering Co. Ltd. at Tyne
Fuel: Oil,
Original boiler decayed beyond repair. In due course a modern boiler will be required. Boiler Room declared a "non heritage" area by Heritage Lottery.

Engine

Diagonal Compound. 21" + 43" X 48"
Built 1924 by Ailsa Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. at Troon
Xhead lever driven air and fp. 900 IHP.

Paddles

Feathering floats.

History

New to the New Medway Steam Packet Co. Ltd. in 1924. Wartime use as a minesweeper 1939-46. Returned to excursion service in 1947. Withdrawn September 1963. Taken to the Isle of Wight as marina clubhouse/nightclub 1966-1974. Returned to River Medway in derelict condition in 1984.
