History
A small launch built for pleasure based on a boat in the national museum in Wellington New Zealand. The Adams island Gig. The original hull left on the southern most island of the Auckland Islands, Adams Island in the 1800s to enable any shipwrecked sailors to row back to New Zealand. a trip in excess of 400 kms.
